We are looking for a Head of Security to lead our team at an iconic private members club in London. The private members club has been a part of a multi-million pound refurbishment and will be the most prestigious spot in London.

You will be working in an environment where luxury and comfortability is paramount with each area bringing its own aura and experience to members and their guests alike. As head of the security team, you will only enhance this feel and ambience. The members club is next door to a notorious live music venue in London and we are looking for a exceptional officers to provide the luxury standard of security, in the style to which the club has been re-branded.

The ideal candidate would be understated and understand the environment of a member’s club and be able to deliver to the extremely high standards expected in such a unique venue. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely presentable with exceptional communication skills and understands the requirements to working within such a specialised security team
and venue.

The ideal candidate would have an experience in private members clubs and be able to deliver to the extremely high standards expected in such a unique venue. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely well organised with exceptional
communication skills and a love of music to run the private members security team.

As well as a good salary and benefits package, our management team will support you with training support from internal management courses. We will expect you to lead a team of around 4-6 officers, with a focus on coaching and developing
the team to consistently deliver a great service and exemplary standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring all posts are manned and team are presentable
• Be the liaison between head office and client on a day-to-day basis
• Take ownership of problems presented to you by the team, client or visitors and ensuring satisfactory outcomes
• To have awareness of the client’s business and brand
• To uphold the ‘five-star’ customer service attitude through leadership

Candidate profile:
• Relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
• Problem solving and decision making

Requirements:
• Valid Door Supervisor licence
• Be responsive to the client’s needs and work in partnership with the client to support the delivery of our service
• Strong knowledge of security processes and procedure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
