Our management team have over 20 years experience of supplying Door Supervisors to the leisure industry. In those 20 years the industry has gone through substantial legal changes, and we have always adapted to those changes with a flexible and proactive approach. All of Assist Security’s Door Supervisors and are fully trained and licensed in accordance with the private security industry act 2001.
We understand each client and venue are different, for this reason every new client and/or venue, we complete a full venue assessment with the client.
This includes a complete venue risk assessment to identify problem areas within the venue that need to be addressed. From this assessment individual venue training and site-specific rules can be formulated, including ejection policy, drugs policy etc, for all staff to agree to and sign.
In partnership with the client we will also put together relevant documentation outlining the clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, list of communications, contingencies and major incident plans.
